More or less, this was an attempt at doing outdoor lighting. It's a nice, pleasant, and serene scene for the first time in ages.

It's Terai Yuki 2, available at Content Paradise. I prefer her over V4 because she has a much cuter appearance, and is a way lower-poly model. :>

Yeah, TY is cuter than V4.
I dunno why, but every time I use one of the3 prettier character morphs on V4, it doesn't turn out half as good as the preview renders show.
This reminds me, I need to get more clothes for TY…

There's a lot of good quality clothing for TY2 on Renderosity. Content Paradise also has a lot, but I'm just not a fan of the style of them. I usually have my TY2 character Miyuna dressed very casually, and the clothing on CP just doesn't tend to fit that motif.

Hmm, I guess I'll need to look and see for myself.
I tend favor pin ups in my renders, but on occasion I also do the relaxed-at-home shot.

I tend to do pinups when I've got nothing better to do, but I like working more on comic-like stuff, with dialogue and some semblance of a story. :)

Oh, I see.
When I write, I tend to make these large narratives and I don't typically bother with images unless I want to fashion out a character design.
One of my latest deviations is based on a new story I'm writing.

You flipping NAILED the lighting. It's awesome! One of you better pieces, I think, if only for the posing and the lighting. Even a few of he smaller issues don't detract from it.

Some of the longer blades of grass look a bit too flat.. I'm gonna need to investigate this a bit..

Definitely pleased with this new lighting rig and environment for outdoor scenes. I guarantee more outdoor scenes in the near future. Certainly more as I start ironing out ideas for this Mass Effect 2 parody stuff.
